To request deletion of your Yankiri account and associated data, send an email to contact@yankiri.app from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion".

Procedure

  1. Send your request to contact@yankiri.app.
  2. Use the email address linked to the account to be deleted.
  3. Use the subject line "Account Deletion".

Data That May Be Temporarily Retained

Technical logs and information required for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance may be retained for the strictly necessary duration for those purposes, then deleted.

Requests are processed as quickly as possible after identity verification.
